Los Angeles Regional (CALB)

1 330 973 1515 W (154, 151)
2 4201 1717 599 SF (128)
3 1197 5124 2443 F (144, 73)
4 2637 3882 1138 SF (120)
5 3328 3309 4276 QF (75)
6 3512 2839 597 QF (64)
7 294 968 5669 QF (43)
8 696 207 4415 QF (100)

294 declines 3512 (bad decision?)

(Highest Score in Elims.. both match scores provided for 2 game final)

Of note: Beach Bots 330 is called "triple threat" their game is move three Rc's into scoring zone auto (SOMETIMES SCORING CONTAINER SET) then build three 5 stacks at HP and then top with three RC's all at once (THREE WAY RC GRABBER)..very consistent at doing either 2 five stacks with 3 RC's or Three five stacks with 3 RC's...by far best bot out of LA REGIONAL
sometimes they noodle them too.... consistent performer...best bot of teams I personally scouted on west coast.

Next closest in consistent performer is Code Orange in regionals I scouted. Excellent bot.

I've scouted... IE, CV, LA top to bottom, Utah and SF sporadically

I'll let someone from 2415 explain what was up in depth, but from what I heard they had some roborio issues and so the machine wasn't performing all that well in qualifications.

From what I heard a mentor from 1296 was friends with a mentor from 2415. Friday night 1296 saw 2415 starting on a two can grabber, when the roborio problems started the two teams stayed in contact and it worked out 2415 got working for elims. Unconfirmed but rumor was if 1296 didn't get 2415 they had a two can grabber for another 2nd pick.

Engineering Inspiration:
