Battle for the Recycling Containers

Finally saw a battle for the Recycling Containers on the Step in the Finals at the 2015 Hatboro-Horsham MAR District Event today:

I think it was accidental in round 2, but 5407 had an interesting solution for some teams to "win" the battle -> If your mechanism can grab sideways Containers, but the opposite alliance's robot is designed to grab only straight up Containers, you can just knock the Containers over and get them at your leisure.

For me both videos are just 15 seconds of the FIRST logo.

EDIT: I guess that was just my phone being weird.

It's going to be really interesting once teams like 3637 and 5407 get good at grabbing them in autonomous.

This is exactly what 5407 was going for. We knew that our alliance would only use one of the step containers, no need to get all 4. If we could prevent 3637 from grabbing a container from the step we knew we would have an edge.

Figured it was about time someone did it. My favorite is the announcer's motions behind the Head Ref.
