Andymark field

Has any one purchased a Andymark field? If so have you used FMS lite for field management?
Note: We were lucky enough to receive a grant to purchase one and hope to host an off season event in Nevis Minnesota home of Team 3102.

I think your best bet for field management is going to be Cheesy Arena

Not sure what it would take to get the proper FMS for an off season event. It's spread among cases 6, 7, 19, 33, and 34. You'd also need an FTA.

If you want the full Monty it might be easier to just rent the field that's in Minneapolis. It will fit in a 26' truck.

I'd love to see an off season event in Bemidji.

It depends on how much you want to do. If you want a full field experience, Cheesy Arena is your best bet although the equipment is costly and it's rather difficult to setup if you've never done it before. FMS Lite is cheap and easy but it's not nearly as useful.

Re: Andymark field

NEFIRST has AndyMark fields & run on the FIRST FMS system. The fields go together quite nicely & the side panels have the plexi-glass incorporated into them, meaning no additional time spent to install plexi-glass with zip ties. The AndyMark. Cases need to be made more robustly though. They use game specific additions from FIRST for each years' game.
