Re: ToteBot

I propose an IRI game modification.

As follows: 2 random totes somewhere in the Landfill (could be on the step, but if not to be set up 1 per side of the field) are replaced with ToteBots, each ToteBot being worth 4 points if it's on a scoring platform and 8 points if it's in a stack on said scoring platform. All totes stacked on a ToteBot are automatically worth 2 points regardless of actual location of the ToteBot.

Drivers will be randomly selected from the IRI audience, and which driver drives which ToteBot will be again random.

you would have to catch it and flip it on its side

Says who? That's part of the challenge! Maybe add EXTRA points in there?

Just curious - does totebot have enough sensors to figure out when it's on a scoring platform?

I think a few good smashes to it would also do the trick.

Would that be a G16 (damage to field elements) or a G26 (damage to robots)?

It's a cross breed, so it's just inbetween the two. G21.

Re: ToteBot

you should put it on a tether and put stacks on top of it so you can score 2 stacks at once

I can't tell if you're serous or legit. The tote bot itself could only get 1 tote stacked on top of it. How would it get it off? Using the main robot? That takes time.

I really hope that they post a picture of the inside.
