Axis m1013 "too many viewers" error
 

At the event I'm at right now a lot of teams are having issues with their axis m1013 cameras. The dashboard display for the camera is totally black and if I go to the website it gives me the error that there are too many viewers. I tried for nearly an hour to help a team and there's nothing that would fix it. Has anyone successfully fixed this issue?
