Roborio bricked?
 
So one of our RoboRio's seems to have been bricked. Luckily it is on our practice but it is still urgent. The status light is blinking orange. Unfortunately even after following the screensteps on the issue, we haven't been able to connect to the roborio any way. We also tried calling NI but they just redirected us to the forums We can't re-image it and we can't connect to the dashboard, either by USB or ethernet. We're kind of stuck here and any input would be appreciated.

Call the specific NI RoboRIO support number at 866-511-6285.

Have you tried using the roboRIO imaging tool to find it while connected by USB?

I have seen a similar instance where you could not get to the webdashboard with roboRIO-team.local but the 172.22.11.2 would work. It doesn't particularly matter if you can find it via the imaging tool.

Power up the rio, and hold the reset button for 5 seconds. This should put it in safe mode. Then try imaging via USB as Alex described above.
