Deploying to cRIO in 2015?
This year, in the transition from the cRIO to the RoboRIO, FIRST also decided to switch development environments from the Eclipse fork WindRiver to just plain Eclipse. WindRiver was proprietary, and licensed to teams like us on a year-to-year basis.
I have plans to build a practice/teaching robot and we don't have any spare RoboRIOs lying around, so unless we put in a fairly large fundraising push a cRIO would be the obvious choice. I also have things to maintain on old robots based on the cRIO. The problem is, WindRiver's license is now expired and I can't deploy to the cRIO. Is there a way to manually deploy without WindRiver? I can still compile the program alright, it's just when I go to deploy that it complains about licensing.
