Hopefully they can work out a deal in the future that allows it to be free.

For my informational use, is this "partnership" between prep45 and MSHSL? I assume that because of this deal, local teams are prohibited from live streaming the event themselves? Hopefully something can be worked out before next year...

Yes, this is a MSHSL partnership. As you can imagine, they have a contract for live streaming that is probably all inclusive - it applies to hockey games, football games, etc, and everyone likes that... But it also applies to robotics. The same rules apply to us as to them for this event!

Hola, I'm from 2052, and I'm live steaming this. I don't know the full details, but as you can see, local teams can do the webcasting.

Cuidado, Hydro. prep45.com is very protective of the exclusive rights that they've paid for, especially when they are webstreaming the same event. ::safety::

Congrats to the first seeded alliance 2512, 3130, and 4215 for winning state this year! Your alliance certainly deserved it!

I found it a bit interesting that the 1st seeded alliance was consisted of robots that attended the Northern Lights regional and that the 2nd seeded alliance was consisted of robots that attended the Lake Superior regional. Both alliances went against each other in the finals and in the end Northern Lights prevailed just like they did in the double deccer match back in week 1. Great finals matches.

As for our alliance, Thanks for picking us 2883 FRED(We started the journey at Lake Superior and ended it here alongside you guys once again) and 2526 crimson(You guys did everything our alliance asked for so great job) for being great alliance members.

I also want to congratulate many MN robots that didn't make state this year. Many great teams and robots were left out of this year's state championship so congratulations to those teams on a good season.

KnightKrawler is glad to have competed once again at State. It's always a great time to compete with MN teams. Thanks to the volunteers who help put up this amazing event this year.
