After the demo the team sit down to a free meal and contemplated a Food themed game for 2016. The game pieces where hotdogs and the human players would be seated mid field. Bots would deliver food via transport or by firing full court. The human players had to eat the food to score points.
I don't think they developed an autonomous task. |

IRI rule change: Food platter on top of a stack doubles complete stack value.

Is that in your Business Plan as a form of fundraising?

We are planning to have our bot lift weights for a demo at school.

We recently used our 2015 Practice Robot to display a banner at surprise assembly inducting on of our school's biology teachers (who is also a founder of our team) into the National Teachers Hall of Fame. Mrs. Sue Rippe will join four other teachers nationwide for induction in 2015.

The coolest part of that was all the diners with their phones out, videoing the robowaiter.

Perhaps we can attach squeegees to our canburglar mechanisms and camp out at major intersections around town :D

P.S. Of course the "water game" would just be the robots serving water... P.P.S. What if that legit happened and at kickoff Frank was like "okay, this is the moment you've all been waiting for... You guys were right-water game 2016! Of course, the robots will just be CARRYING water in CUPS, but..." |
Re: best non Recycle Rush use of a 2015 FRC robot
The only downside to the food game is that the human player meta might get weaker the later in the day it is. Back to back matches would be killer on your metabolism.

Re: best non Recycle Rush use of a 2015 FRC robot
Human Players start practicing now. A human player will need to eat at least 10 Nathans Famous Hotdogs per match just to be competitive.
