2015 OPR After Week Seven Events

There are a number of points I would like to make:

1) For those who use data in my spreadsheet to do other calculations, please note that due to MSC having 204 qualification round matches, it ran out of rows in my spreadsheet. I have to move the Elimination round (Playoff) from row 351 to row 401.

2) After the division information comes out, I will publish this again and set up the links for the different divisions.

An update (v7.1) has been posted to correct some minor formatting issue.

If you notice any other issues, let me know and I will fix it.
