Coach Bus parking at CMP
 

What are the options for parking a coach bus at CMP? The hotel is near the airport, so no downtown overnight parking is needed.

I believe there is a large surface lot for buses and team trailers across the street from the dome. I cannot recall the exact location. I remember walking to the lot and our bus after Hailmageddon a few years back.

^ I have heard this too. Is there a parking fee for the use of that lot?

Third page at this link shows the Team and Trailer Parking on the North side of the dome.

In 2012 I was told there was a fee, even though it was not published in the A to Z Guide. But I was also told that the person collecting the fees would only be there during certain hours and it wasn't a gated parking lot.

Take caution parking there. I didn't have issues, but heard and saw pictures of trailers and trucks that were either broken into or attempts had been made with visible scratches on door locks.

They are correct, the parking lot across the street from the Dome (on the Cole Street side) offers Free Parking for Coach Buses and Trailers at CMP. It's where our team had parked our Coach Bus every year.
