Are divisions final?

What I mean is, have all these teams accepted? Or is this just those that have been invited? I was just curious if there will be any more teams off the wait list.

The deadline to submit payment was yesterday. There will be no more teams off the waitlist.

If a team left the division such as one of the teams from Newton, would they move another team to balance it? or would it stay as it is?

Who can say what First management will do & why? But with the wailing or gnashing of teeth any changes would precipitate, expect the divisions to be fixed unless something was required to fix a major imbalance or mistake. :]

I see we went from 609 teams to 608. They then evened out the divisions. Anyone know which team moved?
