Einstein Field
Now that the subdivision elimination rounds are over. Who will represent each division on Einstein. Who will be crowned the 2015 FRC World Champions?
|
Re: Einstein Field
My prediction is that it will be a match up between 987, 2826, 2512 and 148, 1114, 1923. However, given how fast 118 and 1678's can burglars are, I can see them beating out the 987 alliance in semis and advancing to Einstein finals. I'm not gonna try to predict a champion alliance because honestly anything can happen. Either way, should be fun!
|
Re: Einstein Field
Can someone please post the winning alliances? I can't seem to find them on TBA.
|
Re: Einstein Field
Tesla subdivision is still going, coming into a rubber match in the finals.
EDIT: Tesla done, 3132-3476-1255-2526 on Einstein! |
Re: Einstein Field
AND HERE ARE YOUR ALLIANCES HEADING TO EINSTEIN

This is a great field to see who goes to Einstein.
Some major teams are missing. OH! what FUN. |
Re: Einstein Field
I think we will see Curie play Newton in the finals for Einstein. With Curie hosting the world champions for the second year in a row. Definitely excited to see Einstein and the battle for the cans. Good luck and congratulations to all the teams that will be competing at Einstein.

Re: Einstein Field
Someone with time should compile a list of states/provinces/countries represented on Einstein.

Here is my spreadsheet for the teams on Einstein. Tell me if there are any errors. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing
Edit: I updated the spreadsheet to include a list of teams that have made trips to Einstein from 2010-2014. 1114 has been pretty powerful over the last 5 years. |

Re: Einstein Field
Honestly, I'm surprised that there are no NE Region teams on Einstein. The three winners of NE CMP, 2067, 1519, and 195 didn't win any of their divisions. Kind of odd, considering how competitive NE was this year.
|
Re: Einstein Field
So we have:
Michigan (1023) Illinois (2338) Quebec (3996) and New Jersey (1089) Ontario (1325) Israel (3339) New York (20) and Michigan (1711) Hawaii (368) West Virginia (337) Hawaii (359) and Ohio (144) Texas (148) Ontario (1114) New Jersey (1923) and North Carolina (900) Ontario (2056) California (330) Washington (392) and Arizona (3944) Nevada (987) Wisconsin (2826) Tennessee (4265) Minnesota (2512) Texas (118) California (1678) California (1671) and California (5012) Australia (3132) California (3476) Texas (1255) and Minnesota (2526) |

Definitely 1114's and 148's championship to lose. Despite what I think of this game, just like any game, these finals are going to be awesome. I'm not even dressed, I don't want to miss a second for anything.

Einstein fields are named "Energy" and "Mass". Nice.

That on-field interview was painful to watch. I understand that they want to make it more exciting and like a sport, but she only asked him different variations of "aren't you pumped to be here?" I'll save my judgments for the end of the event, but they aren't off to a good start so far.

They've won a minimum of 1 regional/year since 2004. 3 regionals each in 2006, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2 in 2012, 2007, as well as trips to Einstein in 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2015, and being inducted into the HOF in 2012. |
9 points separate the top 4 alliances. 9.

Re: Einstein Field
IFI alliance is killin' it with their canburglers.

Re: Einstein Field
Did Autonomous just stop abruptly on the red side of the field? It seems like 1114, 1923, and 148 all stopped early, 148 hadn't entered the zone yet and neither 1114 nor 1923 backed up after spearing the cans.

And once again demonstrating just how hard it is to win CMP? 2056. 22 regional wins. Never lost a regional (and 4 time members of the 3-in-a-year club, second only to 1114's 6-times), and yet still can't get the planets to align on Einstein. |
