I am working on our program for just driving for next year. Does anyone have a sample of mecanum code so I can compare and figure out what I'm doing wrong?

Language?
Also... If you want to set it up yourself you can use ether's math: http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/papers/2390 (I believe the document you want is the "Mecanum Programming: Single and Double Joystick" but all of them are extremely helpful.) We have used it the past 2 years, and it makes life simple for Field centric or Robot centric control. Hope this helps. |

If you are using Labview then when you build a new RoboRio project you can select the template for a Mecanum Drive Robot. I dont know if you are wanting to go through the effort and write the code yourself but the template has given our team the purest strafing that we have ever had.
