Nevermind, found my answer.

"We are working over the summer to have the book published before the 2016 season. Teams were asked to make submissions by May 29, but we have a little lattitude for submissions after that date."

I can't wait to see how this turns out.

I just received my copy of the 2006 design book from Amazon. It looks great, I can't wait to read through it.
