Need images of the chute door
I'm working on our offseason vision code, and I need images of the competition chute door. Our replica is made of wood and does not accurately mimic the competition chute door enough to write accurate vision code. If anyone has images from cameras on your robot, axis, gopro, or otherwise, it would be extremely helpful of you could attach or link them here. Images with a similar FOV to the axis camera would be best. Thank you.

Re: Need images of the chute door
There aren't many, if any, notable features on the chute door. I think you'd be better off doing a CNN on FIRST logo next to it.

Re: Need images of the chute door
I understand that the chute door lacks features, as its clear. I was hoping to track the tote behind it. Thank you for the advice about the logo, I didn't even think of that. However, as I don't have any images of the logo, my inquiry stands.

My team may have some GoPro footage, I may have a picture, also. I'll get back to you if I have anything half-decent.

Re: Need images of the chute door
At a quick glance I found this photo on my Flickr page. If you look at the rest of the album or the others there may be something that can help you.

Teams are allowed to bring non-powered signaling devices to the human player station.
Have you considered bringing a piece of cardboard with retro reflective tape on it and putting it under the chute or over the chute? |
