Database idea for next year

Excuse this if it's in a post I havent read already, but...

If teams really cared about helping out other teams instead of getting awards with databases, wouldnt they name databases something more general like "FTD - FIRST Team's Database" instead of "Team SoAnSo's Database". Just makes more sense to do it that way if ya ask me.

Seem like more teams would be willing to join and help out if it wasn't contributing to the ego and morale of another. Not to mention a feature advertiseable to ally picking teams. My perhaps-not-so-humble opinion. Replies?

Next-gen database in the works. :)

Think voice.

(More details to come later in production. Release date is scheduled for the 2002 FIRST Robotics Competition, preferably right before kick-off.)
