The Dow Red Stick Rumble

We are happy to announce that Dow has graciously agreed to become the Title Sponsor for our off-season event, now named the Dow Red Stick Rumble. We are still looking for FRC and FTC teams to register to compete and are looking forward to working with Dow to continue to grow this event.

Is this the first-ever FRC offseason event to have a title sponsorship from a publicly-traded corporation? I couldn't remember any, and I took a quick browse through the Offseason Events Database (which only covers recent years) and I couldn't find a similar example. That's a pretty cool first.

That is a very impressive accomplishment. Having a title sponsor for an offseason hasn't been done before, I'm pretty positive.
