Issue with getting gyro to work with mecanums.

We are having trouble with gyro. We have the code set up in begin, teleop, and autonomous. From other code examples it looks correct, but not getting any gyro angle going to driver station.

We also not sure whether not gyro is not working in autonomous or teleop. We appreciate some examples for labview that will help point us in the right direction.

Have you tried running the gyro example that comes with LabVIEW?

From the Getting Starting window that first pops up when LabVIEW is started, choose Support and FRC Examples, then look under sensors for gyro.
Support -> Find FRC Examples... -> FRC Robotics -> roboRIO -> Sensors -> Gyro

The example runs as is over the USB connection to the roboRIO and includes a wiring diagram to double check your wiring.

We tried that but nothing is working.
We are thinking there is a problem with the dashboard but we are not sure.

Could you be more specific about what is not working with the example. The example doesn't use the dashboard, so your answer is a bit confusing.

You should find the example as per the first screenshot attached.

The second screenshot attached is the gyro example itself. Wire as shown and run.

What gyro are you using? You may need to download the drivers for that gyro.

When you run the example make sure you select the correct analog input BEFORE you run the program. Remember they start at 0 this year.
