That'd be a waiver claim, I believe. If nobody else claims 'em before midnight, they're yours (Week 1 event).

Wait, if they're a Week 1, why does it go to waiver? Last year, past Saturday before the regional, if they weren't claimed, they were free game before the regional without burning your waiver position.

I'd go with consistency--there's a couple other waivers pending, and one is for this week.

But, now that I recall, you're right.


There IS a modified waiver, but I don't recall anybody at Palmetto competing this week. Better go wipe the waiver board...
