2003 National Competition
 

I was wondering if anybody knew the exact date for the 2003 National Robotics Competition. This year, the event conflicted with my school's prom and I was wondering if the same conflict would occur next year as well. So if anybody knows the exact date or at least an approximation of the date, can they please let me know, thanks a lot.

hrm, lets see here. Going to prom where you get rejected and humiliated by the girl that you like infront of everyone, or going to florida and having the best time of your life........ choices.

Hmm, Errr, yeah I know what that choice is like all to well. Being a driver in front of tens of thousands of people, being broadcasted on NASA TV, and saying you personally competed for an International title at Disney World, or going to your High School Prom. It came down to missing the one chance I ever had to go to a Prom (only Juniors are aloud to go), or having two years as a driver for my team, I chose Nats!!! Not a tough choice now that I think about it! But I was luckier than some on my team, we cover an area of 9 school districts and 3 counties, so I was invited by the other driver to go to his prom!!!

Also, if you find out the exact date of Easter next year. (I would suggest checking with some sorts of Religious person, because many times calendars are not correct.) You can tell when Nationals is if Easter is in the beginning then Nats is the weekend around the 25th. If Easter is at the end then Nats is around the weekend of the 6th.

I have a call with Disney Event Management in the near future and can ask...
