Where to get 12" wheels?

We want to experiment with 12" wheels this year but AndyMark doesn't sell them. Does anyone know where we could get some that mount easily to FRC hubs? I was looking at the 12.4" pneumatic wheels sold on McMaster-Carr, but I couldn't tell if we could easily mount them on FRC parts. Thanks!

You have to make your own hubs for the McMaster wheels. I've done it before and it's relatively easy to do. They are heavy though so I'd be careful about the weight limit if you've already got a heavy bot.

Could try these.

I'm going to date myself horribly by knowing about these guys, but here: Skyway wheels

Mind you, anything above 10" is spoked, so you'll have some durability issues there. Also, interfacing, while possible, might be tricky. If you get one of the hubs bored for a 1-1/8" bearing, you should be able to press/slide a Vex VersaHub in there. That combined with a 3 or 6 spoke wheel and some creativity should get you an interface solution.

Check tractor supply. I was there this past Sunday and came across some pretty tall tires that used a 4 or 6" wheel. I joked with my son saying these would be perfect for this years game ! They had tread like on a farm tractor, just mini sized.

I'll second the recommendation on the Skyway wheels. We used 12" Skyways on the robot in 2005, 2006, and 2008. Never broke one despite some serious abuse, particularly at off-season events.

I should probably also mention there's discounting available to FIRST teams from Skyway. They still even list it on their web site on a page just for FIRST teams!

Thanks guys for all of the suggestions! I'll have to look over them tomorrow with my mentors to decide which ones to get.
