I know in one match we were against one another in a match and we umm. kinda hit you on the side leaving a hole. we did not intentionally want to hit you put we saw what your stratedgy was and decided to go defense. don't remember if we actually won or loss that match either way my team did break a piece of lexan from your robot and i apologize for it. Our robot who did the damage "Dorothy" also apologizes.
why are you apologizing? it was broken before we even played you :p. you just beat us really bad (we had a total of 0 points :D). it was actually i who broke the lexan. the story follows...

we had just redone the drive train giving us a huge power and speed increase. i was the first of three drivers that were driving the practice match. i didn't realize the robot was going to go so fast so quickly. it went so fast, it wound up going into a goal, lexan first :). we didn't realize it was broken until after the match. i think those silly english kids stole a piece and christina took the other, although i'm not sure where they are now.

as the pic discription says, we did have an argument with team 19 about breaking lexan, and, well, we did win that one ;).

breaking off the lexan also proved to be vital to our robot's validity. if the lexan had not snapped off, we would have been at least .2 lbs overweight. i say that quite literally. we weighed in at 130.0 lbs. that piece of lexan weighed at least .2 lbs. so, in a complete accident, i managed to do something good. sorta like the movie signs, everything has a reason of happening...
