Build Works/ Deploy doesn't
 

I can build the Labview program I've written to our roboRIO, bur when I attempt to deploy the code it states "the network address might be invalid or the target is not responding" I don't know how to fix this though.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried using the USB cable?
Has the roboRIO has been setup for 2016 (firmware 3.0.0f0.cfg & image 2016_v19)?
Can you browse to the roboRIO using IE or the modern equivalent?

On the project explorer window check that it has the correct address for your team:

Target (roboRIO-1769-FRC.local)
