24 inch Bumper clarifcation

From what I understood about scaling the tower is that the bumper should be above 24 inches. Does this include all of the bumpers on the robot or just one edge of the robot? Any information will be appreciated.

Straight from the manual:

Quote:

A ROBOT has SCALED the TOWER if, at the conclusion of the MATCH, the ROBOT:
A. is in contact with a unique RUNG, and
B. has all of its BUMPERS fully above the height of the low GOALS.

In the Gloassary of the rules manual, it defines SCALE as:

Quote:

an act performed by a ROBOT, such that at the conclusion of the MATCH, it is fully supported by the TOWER, is in contact with at least one RUNG, and has all of its BUMPERS fully above the height of the low GOALS.
