Max number of Cims

When calculating Max number of Cims, do mini Cims count? Could we use 6 Cim motors as well as an additional 2 Mini Cims to run mechanisms?

Please look at R29's table. Note where the Mini-CIMs are in relation to the CIMs. Also note where the "6" and "unlimited" indicators are.

Hint: CIM != Mini-CIM, and Mini-CIM != CIM, as both the rules and the physics will agree...
