Robot Builder being sketchy
 

Hi, Our programmer is using java eclipse to program our robot. He attempted to open robot builder and it won't open. He has tried to open it through the command prompt. He also has an error on reader line 3. Any help on trying to solve this problem will be greatly appreciated thank you
