Trying to Install FRCUpdate2016 and it says this application won't work on my PC? W10

I've tried running to from my command prompt and it says "Access is Denied" Anyone have any idea why

Did you try running it as an administrator?

Yeah I've tried that and running it in compatibility modes for windows 7-10. I got the link from here: http://www.ni.com/download/first-rob...-2015/5773/en/

Make sure that you are running an administrator command prompt. You can get to this by right clicking the start button and selecting the Command Prompt (Admin) option.
