New router taking 50 seconds to start

We noticed the new routers were taking a little while to get fully started up and able to connect to, so we timed it and it consistently takes 50 seconds. Are other people having this problem? If not, how would you suggest fixing this?

While we have not timed it, we are having the same issue with the router taking a long time to start up and would like to know if there is a way to fix this.

It takes a while for ours to start too. Not sure if it is exactly 50 seconds or not. I don't believe there is a way to fix it as it seems to just be performing standard boot operations.

It takes about 10 seconds longer than last year's DLink.
It's this year's normal.

1 minute boot * 60 matches = 60 minutes or 1 hour

You know Steve Jobs would not be amused.

It so very ironic - the higher the frequency of the robot connection in FRC - the longer it takes to make it work.
