Building a Tower of FIRST logos. If only they could remember how the logo actually goes...

Re: CD's Unofficial Caption Contest #603

This was actually a Logomotion Easter Egg that unlocked Super Cells to be put into play.

Re: CD's Unofficial Caption Contest #603

Logomotion was secretly a design contest for a sculpture to go outside FIRST headquarters. They were the only ones that figured that out.

Re: CD's Unofficial Caption Contest #603

FIRST wanted to update their logo. Fortunately they didn't pick this alternative.

Jenga, FIRST style?!?!?

Dibit1010 26-01-2016 08:56

And now we make an altar to sacrifice dead batteries and blown gearboxes to the great and powerful FIRST gods.

That's just great guys. Now wipe off the glue and let's get them back onto the field...

Hey, hey, what do you think you're doing? If you do that we won't be able to communicate, and we'll lose the tournament! Haven't you ever read Genesis?

Re: CD's Unofficial Caption Contest #603

Ah, the idyllic time before Frozen came out, when people could make structures like this without fear of people singing "Do You Want to Build a Snowman"

Kid: *Places red triangle* "Alright now how much is it worth?"
Ref: "Still no points"
Kid: *Places blue square* "Alright now how much is it worth?"
Ref: "Still no points"
Kid: *Places white circle* "Alright now how much is it worth?"
Ref: "uhhh.... two."
Kid: "Alright, now we're getting somewhere!"

They continued stacking, not realizing they didn't receive any extra points after a six stack...

FIRST implements the ancient traditions of Tannenbaum and Totem using shapes inspired by the volumes of cones, spheres and cylinders, implemented in modern materials in a form reminiscent of a Festivus Pole to generate STEMspiration.
