Driver Station Error

My team is trying to start a sub team doing Java. We have our robot fully updated to the 2016 update suite and are using eclipse. When we deploy our code everything goes succesfully then when we start the driver station we get succesful communication with the Robot and the Joysticks but dont have any communication with the Robot Code. Please help I will include our code. If you have any suggestions please reply. Thanks.
