Bearings keep slipping out of place

We've had a problem with our bearings continually slipping out of place on both our rhino treads and Vexpro clamping gear boxes. is their any fix to this issue or did we just get a bad batch?

Are they installed the right way? Some times there's a flange on the bearing, and if you install it backwards it will fall out, but if you install it the right way it will not be able to fall out. I know this has happened on the kit chassis....

Does the flange for the gear boxes sit on the inside or outside?

I don't know, I didn't read the directions, or look at the drawings for that gearbox. If the bearings are falling out, and the flange is on the outside, my guess is that it should go on the inside. I just wanted to suggest something for you to investigate. I know that often students assemble parts without really understanding how the design works..when it falls apart, then they get to figure out what's wrong, and sometimes they grow to understand the design through this process. It's called experience, and I like it. Almost everything I know about machines, I learned by breaking them.

For the Vexpro Clamping Gearboxes, Plastic Clamping Bearing Block and Versablock. The flange of the bearing should be inside and contacting the extrusion. This should prevent the bearing from falling out. There is a pocket in each piece for this purpose
