Light visibility on control system components

What lights need to be visible for robot inspection? All I could find in the game manual is the PDP, but I've seen people talk about the roborio lights needing to be accessible among others. Also, is it acceptable to put the PDP and any equipment that needs to have the lights visible under a piece of clear plastic? Thanks in advance!

R40 The PDP and all circuit breakers must be easily visible for Inspection.
This means the lights should be visible too.

R64 The Wireless Bridge must be mounted on the ROBOT such that the diagnostic lights are visible to ARENA personnel.
Clear plastic covers are allowed.

I cannot find the specific rule that requires it but the RoboRIO lights should be visible to aid in troubleshooting. Try to keep PCM and motor controller lights visible as well. You can tell a lot about whats going on with your bot by knowing the colors and patterns.

The more visible the control system components are, the easier time the field crew will have diagnosing any connection problems with your robot.
