not exactly the same if your arms are longer it means you are about to grow and they arent always the same anyways so there is usually a little variation

Umm rotating your wrist 360 degrees is physically impossible in any direction(all right maybee in one direction but your arm would get in your way). Unless you dislocate it. Hmmm... I really can't think of how you can do it. Bah.. me and my mom think I actually inherited an ability to not feel pain correctly. It's quite odd though because its happened lots of times within my mothers side of her family.

That isnt completely true,

my cousin was on some MTV talent show in 1996 or 97 for his talent of rotating his hand 1 and a half times around from his wrist

it has something to do with joints

Your right I was thinking of the two directions in which the arm would get in the way. Of course since Im not a doctor I really can't think of how a person could have that odd of wrists??? I know there are people that can hyperextend parts of their bodies maybe thats just another part.
