FIRST Stronghold Robot solution

Our latest technological breakthrough undergoing field testing.

We discovered that our vacuum cleaner is better than a 'real' robot.

Wow! Such a unique design! Do you have the code source available? What about the CAD files?

In all seriousness though, there are a few very feasible design considerations for actual robots. Obviously because of the height rule, things like dropping boulders in the high goal are not included in this, but an arm similar to the vacuum arm is by all means implementable.

But does that appendage reach out more than 15" from the frame perimeter?

Don't listen to those who say your robot sucks. Your headed to Einstein!

I would really like to see a team try to use suction for shooting or other purposes. We might be on to something!

It would be a bit difficult to use suction for shooting( frame perimeter). But it could work nicely for ball picking up/collection and ball manipulation.

They can manage that in code.
