Looks like a good start. I just though I would point out that you are probably not going to be happy with how those integrated numbers look. Your tabs for holding the cut outs appear to be pretty small and I would be afraid they would break during processing and handling.

If you make the numbers bigger the tabs should also get bigger, but you might consider a different font, one that is designed to be stenciled.

We have used the same font for the last few years and have had no issues. Its not taking any force, so I don't think it will be a problem.

Looks good, but you could do a lot of cut outs to save weight on there. :)

Fortunately we have used that font since 2013 with no issues or any sign of issues. An in regard to the weight holes, we should be plenty under weight so that won't be an issue. But thank you for all your thoughts, they are always appreciated. :]
