Settings to view GRIP NetworkTables on Windows computer without RoboRIO
 

I installed GRIP 1.1 on a Window 8 computer to test the software and was able to view the NetworkTables information using OutlineViewer.jar with no RoboRIO connected.
I then installed the NI FRC Update and now can no longer see the NetworkTables info locally. The settings in GRIP are set to deploy to the RoboRIO.
What settings do I change to what to make GRIP save the NetworkTables info to the Windows computer so that we can evaluate filters without having to have it connected to the RoboRIO.
