So that creates the ob Andy Baker: "When the snows are too deep in Onalaska, WI that UPS can't deliver parts to Team 5003, Andy gets on his 10 speed and bike delivers their parts in 80 hours."

our teams made several orders from AM this year and we have been nothing but pleased. the email conformation and shipping info is nice and all items were received in short order.

They're kind through mail and phone, fast handeling and involve lots of people in a process to guarantee fast handeling!

Not a single point where I can complain on.
A+

McMaster though...

I have an idea. How bout' all FRC suppliers put their parts on Amazon similar to what REV did this year with the sparks.

I am obviously joking but it would be cool.

Our team has had a successful relationship with AM for many years. We rely on them to not only send us what we need but to also come up with new and creative products to help FIRST teams and other robotics teams everywhere. I also appreciate their willingness to work with teams that have products that they have developed to go to market. (We are not one of those teams but I like supporting teams...)

I don't think there is a more supportive group of individuals than the folks at Andy Mark.

If all suppliers that i deal with on a daily basis were like AM I would have a much easier life.

Everyone occasionally makes mistakes....both in everyday life and at their job. The people I want to continue work with are the ones that handle mistakes up front and to the best of their ability.

AM exemplifies that kind of a company.
