Gyro fast drift problem

Hey everyone,
We have tried to measure the angle of our shooter using a gyro.
We had a problem with the gyro drift, after starting the program it immediately starts drifting at about 1 degree / 5 seconds.
How can we fix this problem? What may cause it?

Thank you :)

Consider using a pot or an absolute encoder instead.

Gyro drift is not uncommon. The sensor actually measures spin rate, which is then integrated in the FPGA.

Make sure your gyro is warmed up to temperature and not being jostled when you calibrate it.

Or buy a very expensive gyro.
