I/O Error Please Help

My team is having a problem when we try and download our programs the one of our phones and it keeps giving us the error "I/O Error: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" however our other phone downloads and runs just fine.

I updated the SDK and it seems to have works so never mind.
