I already submitted one for last week, but this is even better. In autonomous, 5089 does a wheelie to get started on the rock wall, and then used it to propel them to new heights. Even better, they come to a stop shortly after landing, proving you don't have to crash into the wall if you catch air and your encoders lose counts.

Kettering week one, Autonomous mode ends and apparently our arm control was in the wrong direction. Robot poised on the obstacle, arm goes up, driver moves slightly and WHOOPS, over she goes.

I don't want to tamp down anyone's free spirit and it is not that I don't love these other robot fiascoes but I'm really hoping for more Dukes of Hazzard-eque Dukes of Stronghold submissions this week.

I know they are out there. Let's find them and submit them this week.

2169 and 1094 were both getting some crazy airtime over defenses this weekend at CIR. Video should hopefully start popping up soon. I heard "robot that can fly" mentioned multiple times when talking about 2169, specifically. Those tires, man...those tires. Nicely done, guys.

Yup. I'm waiting for videos to be posted on Blue Alliance to submit. If not, we have videos our team members took, but our seating didn't always have the greatest shot of the hops.

Yeah, that is my team. Yeah, I was the drive coach.

We needed the breach, and I wanted my driver to try and push them through. Needless to say he put a little more throttle down than anticipated. :yikes:

We checked on both teams after the match, luckily the one we drove over had a lexan shield entirely over the top of the robot. No damage to either team. (Phew :) )
