(FRCSIM): Where is PacGoat2014.world / SIM_DS Error

Where is PacGoat2014.world? Sadly, I need the file in order for Gazebo to work for our team. Here is wpilib/simulation/:





Also, SIM DS (the virtual Driver Station) will just not open.

I can't just seem to get FRCSIM to work with after over 15 hours of trying...

Okay well it looks like I fixed the SIM DS issue but I can't find where PacGoat2014.world is...
