The bar was only there to test the hook shooter, it had a "DO NOT HANG" written on the side.
I think that the problem they were having was that the long end of the hook would end up hitting the underside of the high goal, bouncing it out of position and failing. I believe that they ended up fixing it, but I didn't get a chance to see if they put the fixed one to use. |
