Who bought those "Drive Your Robot Like you Stole it" Shirts? My sales report says a couple people did!

If you want send me a pic of you wearing the shirt, and I will post it on my website!

Your hacker gear page is rather oxymoronic. Stop crime by hacking back??? Hmmm.... Hacking = illegal. Fight crime with crime?

Don't get me wrong, I think it's great that you are trying to succeed. But, RadioShack is a registered trademark. Your modification of their logo for personal profit borders copyright law. And then the hacker stuff. Not very intelligent.

I'm fairly certain if you marketed that and became successful enough so that RadioShack would notice, they could sue you and win. A precedence has been set in cases like this.

Hey I had a horrible idea for a bumper sticker...

It would say "I love pot!" and then next to it would be a picture of a potentiometer :p

And 'Radiosuck' is not an infringement of copyright laws AFAIK. It falls under free speech as a parody. For the most part...as long as it is an obvious joke/parody, it is considered legal. Read about that somewhere...

A quick search on google came up with:
http://www.publaw.com/parody.html

Google results:

Don't have time (or attention span, at the moment) to read them now... but go right ahead :)

Hacking = illegal
hacker != cracker

I won't repeat what most of you have heard many times before, but I don't want it to go unattested that the word hacker has a connotation of crime. Now, it may to a lot of people, but not to most techie people. Hackers = good, crackers = bad.

Stephen, JAPH :)
