A breadbox sized tabletop autonomous robot wandering around is one thing. It's quite another (especially after all this FIRST radio control work), to see something the scale of a kid's riding jeep acting by itself.

Victor PWM voltage specs
 
Can someone with a running robot please take a scope to the Victor's PWM cable, and see what the pulse amplitude is? I'm with a rookie team again this year and we don't have any hardware yet for me to test.

I'd like to know if they're running a 5V or a 12V PWM signal. The IFI site mentions that our Victors do NOT come with a "signal driver". I'm trying to see if that means they're using "battery level signals" (~10-13V) instead of standard Radio Control 5V PWM signals.
