Where to find smart dashboard?

It seems as though FIRSTForge is down right now. Does anyone know where I could find a mirror to download smart dashboard?

If you have the WPI lib plugins for eclipse, there is an option to open smart dashboard in eclipse by going to the WPILib tab

Also if you go to drive station and change default to Java or c++ it will appear. If you can't find it first way
