What is "EPR"? I note that unlike the other acronyms, this one isn't defined.

Also, is there a separate measure of breach and capture ranking point contributions?

Note that these OPRs don't include elimination rounds, so the OPRs may be less representative of what's happening in the playoffs than in past years.

EPR is half way between OPR and the "new and improved CCWM" which is WMPR. You can calculate WMPR from EPR and OPR.

We have not included elimination rounds to calculate OPR in the last 8 years.

Richard, I have just uploaded a scouting database which contains breach and capture ranking point contributions for all week 1 events. If you have any ideas for how to create a distinct elimination OPR (eOPR), I am all ears.

Elimination rounds are not included for calculations. If needed for an event, the workaround is, to copy elimination matches (row 400+) at the end of qualification matches (row 150+) and run CalcResults macro. This will update OPR/CCWM/EPR rankings for the event. subOPRs will not include play-offs.

It should be fairly easy to calculate ranking point OPRs from quals data. It's much like the OPRs for coop points last year. Just instead of 40 points, they are 1 point, and you get essentially "shares." Previous data sets have had the game phases broken out. The reason to compute this is it is easy to convert by multiplying by either 20 or 25 points. In fact, it might be useful to run a parallel OPR with the converted ranking points.

My new Monday ritual: refreshing this thread to see if the new 2834 scouting database has been posted yet.

I really appreciate you managing all of this data. It is a great resource!

Is my eOPR2 what you had in mind? It is just ("normal" OPR) + 20*(breach contribution) + 25*(capture contribution).

In the past I believe their was a Max OPR column that could be used to help sort teams by their best performance. It looks like this would be a useful tool as some teams make big improvements from their first regional to their last regional. Is there anyway that this column will make its way into the spreadsheet before worlds.

Please check the comment on cell G3 in OPR Results sheet.

If you change the value of G3 to -1 and click "calc", it will show the Max OPRs. Then click "sort" to sort teams based on Max OPRs.
