I like the steering wheel! Did your driver just prefer to control the robot that way? Quite interesting.

WOW... I am simply speechless!
Congrats to all of 971 for making such an AMAZING robot.

They have used a steering wheel since at least 2014.

Absolutely one of the most absurd robots I've ever seen - and I mean that in the absolute BEST way possible.

971 is nothing if not elegant, and this year is no exception. Y'all make it look easy with designs this good.

If I may ask, does the shooter "wrist" rotate independently of the arm or are the mechanically linked?

Just like last season. The way they unloaded the capped 6 stacks onto the scoring platform.
Always impressively different from the rest.
