sysProps.xml Error

For some reason our sysProps.xml file is showing an error. This, however, does not seem to affect anything. We can still build to the roboRIO, but I am wondering why this would suddenly show an error. Is there some way to fix this file?

Is the error showing that the file is missing or is it some other error?
