GRIP failed to upload to roborio
 

when i try to upload my code from grip i am getting these several errors.
i am deploying from: windows 7 32bit
the following are the errors i am getting
1) Error injecting constructor, java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no ntcore in java.library.path
2) Error injecting constructor, java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: could not initialize class edu.wpi.first.wpilibj.networktables.NetworkTableJN I
3) Error injecting constructor, java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: could not initialize class edu.wpi.first.wpilibj.networktables.NetworkTablesJ NI

also i noticed the grip files are on the roborio. will they work?
